Media Manager

Role Breakdown
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and post content across all our Media Platforms
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, audience interaction
- Conceptualize campaigns that align with Aglovel's brand tone
- Monitor analytics and report on content performance regularly
- Stay ahead of trends and propose relevant content formats proactively
What We're Looking For
- Confident and articulate. fluent English on and off camera
- Neat appearance, camera-ready and presentable at all times
- Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Proven content creation ability. Your application must show this
- Self-directed and accountable. No chasing required for deliverables
- Creative with the discipline to execute consistently every week

Yes. This is a fully remote. You work from wherever you are in Nigeria, on your own schedule as long as content is delivered on time and at standard. No physical presence is required for this role.
No professional equipment is required, but you must own a good smartphone capable of recording clear, high-quality video. Aglovel Group does not provide equipment for remote positions. This is a fixed requirement, not a preference.
The salary range is ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 and is stated clearly on this page. Where you land within that range is determined entirely by how you perform, the quality of your practical task submission, the strength of your application, and the standard you demonstrate throughout the process. Aglovel does not negotiate salaries upward based on preference. We pay for what we see.
Formal employment is not a strict requirement. But if you have a strong portfolio of self-made content or pages you've grown, videos that performed, creative work you've built independently, all these carries significant weight. Let your content do the talking.
